Ricardo Gordon
Ricardo Bak Gordon, born in 1967 in Lisbon, is a prominent architect and educator. After graduating from Faculdade de Arquitectura da Universidade Técnica de Lisboa in 1990, he continued his education at other prestigious institutions. He taught at various universities, including Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon and the Escuela de Arquitectura da Universidad de Navarra in Spain. In 2002, he founded his own architectural studio, Bak Gordon Arquitectos, where he continues to work. His impressive portfolio includes the design of the Portugal Pavilion at ExpoZaragoza 2008 and the new National Coach Museum in Lisbon. Bak Gordon's work has been exhibited and published worldwide, and he has received numerous architecture awards. His contributions have earned him international recognition, including the BIGMAT prize in 2021 and the Portuguese National Prize for Architecture FORMA in 2022.
